The DAQ Series, Five Input Module is a distributed data acquisition module that has five optically-isolated digital inputs and many advanced features.

The state
of the inputs can be monitored
over the network using Modbus/TCP, XML formatted text, or users can view the current state using a web browser. Each input can also be used as an event counter and can be used to generate email messages that may indicate alarm conditions. In addition, each input can be configured to open and close relay contacts in WebRelay™ units which can be located anywhere else on the network (or over the Internet).

Configuration of the Five-Input module is easy. The module is fully configured in minutes using a web browser and NO CONFIGURATION SOFTWARE IS REQUIRED!
