Xytronix Research & Design Inc. (ControlByWeb.com), strives to provide the utmost in quality products and customer satisfaction. Our return policy is stated below:

1. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). Items returned within that time frame may be opened, but must be in good, resellable condition and include all components (connectors, cables, etc.) that were shipped with the product(s). Note that orders over $1,000 will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
2. Unopened products that are returned more than 30 days but less than 90 days from date of purchase may be returned for a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.
3. Custom products, special orders, large orders (orders greater than 40 pc), and items that are beyond 90 days from the purchase date may not be returned for a refund.

To obtain a refund for a purchase, contact our sales department to obtain an RMA before shipping.
